We want every ETM customer to feel confident in their purchase. Eligible watches may be returned within the applicable return period provided they remain unworn, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and accessories.

To qualify for a return, your ETM watch must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original packaging and included accessories
• Returned within ETM's applicable return period

Products showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or missing original components may not qualify for return.

Every ETM Watch is also backed by a limited manufacturer's warranty covering eligible defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns.
