Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Payments are handled through Shopify and approved third-party payment providers.

We are not responsible for fees charged by a customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

ETM Watches currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.

Available shipping services, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may result from:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

8. Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for return, a watch may be required to be:

• Returned with all included straps, accessories, documentation, and components

Products showing wear, modification, resizing damage, misuse, missing items, or unauthorized repair may not qualify.

Refund timing depends on inspection, approval, and processing by the customer’s financial institution.

The final return period, return-shipping responsibility, and refund-processing timeframe must be added to the separate Return and Refund Policy before launch.

9. Warranty

ETM watches may include a limited manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the terms included with the product or published in a separate Warranty Policy.

Unless expressly stated, a warranty may not cover:

10. Watch Care and Water Resistance

Customers are responsible for following product-care instructions.

Water resistance varies by model and should not be interpreted as permanent or unlimited protection. Customers should review the applicable product specifications before exposing a watch to water.

Damage caused by improper handling, harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, strong magnetic fields, impact, or use beyond the stated specifications may not be covered by warranty.

11. Customer Accounts

Customers may have the option to create an account.

You are responsible for:
